Our StoryComplete Integrative Care had a vision with a big heart; to offer a space that provides qualitative and intuitive care for health and wellness. When it opened its doors in 2014, the team of healthcare practitioners was predominately RMTs; however, over the years, the centre team has grown, and we offer many more healthcare services than ever before as we have transitioned to support the community in family health and wellness.
Illness and stressors arise through each stage of life, and the body needs support and attention to help along each stage. The healthcare team at CIC strives to encompass the latest research in their modalities to provide a hands-on experience during each individual appointment. From perinatal health care to athletic injuries and mental health, our health care services are some of the most reputable in the community.
We have high standards of care and trust that our team of practitioners can support and facilitate a journey through life that helps live sustainably healthy and balanced lives.
CIC started with a table, a few clients and a vision. It opened its doors with little to no expectation in hopes it would be promising. Where CIC is today, the rebrand and turning touch on family health matters and wellness was predominately from the shift in how the centre's health care services have helped and impacted women, children and men alike. Rita became a mother of two precious boys, and since she became a mother, she wanted to bring more of what changed her to help and connect with other families in the community. The centre is not the same as when it started, but with change comes new visions, new expectations and new mindsets. The rebrand has cultivated a refresh on the foundations of CIC with a flare on family health and wellness.

Meet the FounderRita Troia is the Founder since 2014 of CIC. As a Registered Massage Therapist, she has experience working cooperatively and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in the community to support families in order to live a sustainable quality of life. Since Rita had her 2 children, she was able to experience birthing at home alongside the support of her midwife as well as a hospital birth with an obstetrician. She began understanding the importance of supporting mothers and families in this area. Rita strives to continue growing professionally as a birthing support person and doula to advocate for women's and family perinatal health. Her goal is to help facilitate an understanding for mom-to-bes by providing families with emotional support and the right tools for a smooth transition into parenthood.
